"Heads up: wrong item, late delivery, and a tough return process"
Just a warning for anyone thinking of ordering here: my package arrived late, and one of the items wasn’t even what I ordered. I tried to get the return sorted, but the responses were slow and unclear, which made the whole thing way more frustrating than it needed to be. I’m still waiting on my refund, it’s been a hassle from start to finish

"Pretty easy to pick seats"
I booked my tickets on ausopen.com and it was straightforward. The seating map loaded in a few seconds, and I could see what was available without clicking around 20 different times. Prices were clear too, so there weren’t any surprises. I’d say it took me about 5 minutes, maybe a little less, to choose seats and check out. No error pages or random issues, so overall it was a stress-free process.

I got the match alerts pretty much right away every time, which was nice. No messing around or waiting and wondering if something updated... it just worked

"Honestly, it loaded way faster than I expected"
I popped onto Ausopen thinking, okay, here we go, probably going to wait around for scores to load. But nope, it opened really quickly for me. I was checking scores and jumping between pages back to back, and it kept up without any annoying lag. that’s all I wanted: just let me see what’s happening without making me sit there staring at a loading screen.

"Easy for my family, but took some effort"
Overall, it was really easy for my family to use, and the access options were good. I did feel included throughout the whole process, which I appreciated. That said, getting everything set up took more effort than I expected, and I kind of wish it had been a little less work on my end.

I did end up getting my tickets, so everything worked out in the end. They just took longer to arrive than I expected. I think it’s only fair that customers get clearer timing upfront, especially when people are planning around an event.

The site was easy enough to get around, and the search pulled up players quickly. That part worked fine. But a few pages took longer than I expected to load, and after running into that more than once, it did make me trust the site a little less. Not a bad experience overall, just not as smooth as I hoped.

The tickets themselves were fine, but the whole fee situation was annoying. It felt like everything was supposed to be clear upfront, but then the booking fees showed up later and didn’t really match that promise. Not a total disaster, just frustrating when you think you know the price and then it changes

I tried using the site on my phone and it works, but it felt a bit slow for me. Not a huge deal, just kinda wish the mobile version was smoother and loaded quicker tbh.

I was charged for my order pretty much immediately, but then it felt like ages went by with no real shipping update. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but not knowing what’s going on made it frustrating...

"Account setup was fine, login tested my patience a bit"
I signed up on ausopen.com it was mostly okay. At first I was like, great, this is simple enough, but then the login page dragged a bit and I ended up having to reset my password once, which was annoying. Still, once I got through that, everything worked and I wasn’t too bothered anymore. Not a disaster at all, just one of those things that could definitely feel smoother. If you’ve got a little patience, it’s fine.

I thought getting a refund or exchange would be straightforward, but it ended up being a lot more frustrating than expected. The refund process was really slow, and I felt like I had to keep waiting without much clarity. Not the smooth experience I was hoping for

I mostly use Ausopen to keep up with live scores when I can’t actually watch the match. It updates quickly most of the time and the scores seem accurate. I’ve noticed one or two small delays here and there, but nothing that really bothered me. The sets and points are easy to follow too. Some of the extra stuff on the page feels a bit unnecessary, but for checking scores, it does the job well. 4 stars from me.

"Felt like just another ticket number"
I tried buying Aus Open tickets it was more frustrating than it needed to be. The site kept loading slowly and kicked me back a few times, and the seat map wasn’t very easy to figure out. I had to refresh a bunch before the payment finally went through. I did get the tickets in the end, but the whole process took way too long and made me feel like just another ticket number rather than an actual customer.

"Nice merch, but I got a bit nervous after paying"
I ordered a cap and hoodie from ausopen.com, and overall I’m happy with them. The quality feels good, the sizing was right, and the hoodie is really comfy. I’ll admit I got a little uneasy after paying because I wasn’t sure how smooth the order process would be from there, but everything turned up fine. My only small gripe is that I wish the print on the hoodie felt a bit thicker.
